What to Bring to TwinHearts Daycare Each DayTo help your child stay comfortable, safe, and happy throughout the day, please be sure to pack the following items each morning:
Daily Essentials:10+ diapers (if not potty trained)
Wipes (full, labeled package or travel-sized)
Diaper cream (if used – must be labeled with child’s name and permission form signed)
1 full change of clothes (shirt, pants, underwear, socks)
An extra pair of socks (especially if your child is walking)
Season-appropriate outerwear (jacket, sunhat, etc.)
Comfort item (blanket, pacifier, or small stuffed animal, if needed for nap)
Spill-proof cup (labeled with name – for milk, water, or juice)
Bibs (if still needed for meals)
If Applicable – Medications If your child takes any medications during the day (between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM), please bring: All required medications in original packaging with the child’s nameCompleted medication authorization form. Clear dosage instructions (time, amount, method)Doctor’s note if needed (for prescription meds or allergies)
Note: Medications will be stored securely and administered only with proper documentation.
For Nap Time: Small blanket and/or nap mat (if preferred), Pacifier or comfort toy (optional)TwinHearts Daycare provides clean, safe sleep areas and follows safe sleep practices for infants.
Optional, but recommended: Indoor shoes or slippers (especially in winter months)
Sunscreen (with signed permission form)
Bug spray (for outdoor play, with permission)
Family photo (helps with separation anxiety and emotional connection)
Please label all items clearly with your child’s first and last name.
Unlabeled items may be misplaced or accidentally used for another child.
