TwinHearts Daycare is operated from a private residence and is not a state-licensed facility. While we strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment, enrollment is at the discretion of each parent or guardian, and they understand the nature of in-home daycare care. -
Health & Safety:
Every effort is made to maintain a clean and safe environment. However, TwinHearts Daycare is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur despite reasonable precautions, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. -
Medical Emergencies:
In the event of a medical emergency, TwinHearts Daycare will contact emergency services and the child’s listed emergency contacts immediately. Parents and guardians agree to cover all costs related to medical treatment, including emergency transport if necessary. -
Personal Belongings:
TwinHearts Daycare is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought by children, including toys, clothing, electronics, or other belongings. -
Payments & Fees:
Payment terms and schedules must be followed according to the selected plan (daily, weekly, or monthly). Missed or late payments may result in the loss of childcare services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. -
Pet Interaction:
TwinHearts Daycare is a pet-friendly home with two child-friendly dogs. While every effort is made to ensure safe and supervised interaction, parents acknowledge and accept the presence of animals on the premises. -
Right to Refuse or Terminate Services:
TwinHearts Daycare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue care at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, unsafe behavior, or any actions that jeopardize the wellbeing of children, staff, or animals in care. -
Changes to Policies:
TwinHearts Daycare reserves the right to update or amend policies, rates, or this disclaimer with appropriate notice to families enrolled in care.
