Refund Policy - the basics

TwinHearts Daycare Effective Date: [01 September 2025]

At TwinHearts Daycare, we take pride in providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-based setting. To ensure fairness and proper planning, the following refund policy applies:

🔸 No Refund PolicyPayments made to TwinHearts Daycare—whether for daily, weekly, or monthly care—are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, missed days due to: Illness, Family emergencies, Vacation or personal time, and Unexpected schedule changes. Early withdrawal from the daycare

🔸 Case-by-Case ConsiderationRefunds or partial credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, extended closures initiated by TwinHearts Daycare, or other unique situations). Any such consideration will be at the sole discretion of Brooke LeJean and must be requested in writing.

 

🔸 Advance Payment Acknowledgment Submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that enrollment secures a childcare spot that cannot be guaranteed for others.
